Pulwama, Aug 02 (KNO): Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Pulwama, Waheed Rehman Para on Friday visited the District Hospital Pulwama to take stock of the healthcare facilities and expressed concern over the shortage of staff and infrastructure gaps affecting patient care. During the visit, Para interacted with hospital staff and patients and assured them that their grievances would be taken up with the concerned authorities. Speaking to reporters as per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Parra said that District Hospital Pulwama, being one of the busiest healthcare facilities in South Kashmir, needs adequate manpower and upgraded infrastructure to meet the rising patient load. “I am deeply concerned about the shortage of doctors, paramedics and essential equipment at the hospital.
